The e-tickets were seized during preventive checks conducted at various locations in Vasai and Kandivali, WR said in a release today.
"On the basis of information, preventive checks were conducted by the Anti-Tout Squad along with RPF at Ramdeo Tours and Travels in Vasai and Rudra Money Transfer at Kandivali.
"During the checks, it was found that several e- tickets were illegally generated by touts and sold to passengers at premium. A case has been registered against all the accused under Section 143 of Railway Act and further legal proceedings initiated against them," said the release.
