A decision in this regard was taken at a meeting Chaired by the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate, Amitabh Kaushal here today.
The committee was formed on the directive of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajya Bhasa department, Government of Jharkhand in the wake of Supreme Court stricture over an application no. Criminal/-666-70/1992 Visakha and others versus Government of Rajasthan, according to a press release issued by the Office of Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate here.
