ED officer caught on camera stealing CFL bulbs, arrested

A sub-inspector of State Excise Department has been arrested after a video of him stealing CFL bulbs from a shop in Jammu went viral on social media.
The video, recorded on a CCTV camera, showed Sub-Inspector Vikas Khajuria stealing CFL bulbs from outside the shop in Nanak Nagar area, a police officer said.
Taking cognizance, police probed the matter and arrested the SI after registering a case him, the officer said.
Khaujuria is reported to be mentally ill and some inquiries are going against him in the Excise department, he said.
