Ed Sheeran buys parents home opposite him

Singer Ed Sheeran has splashed out an estimated 750,000 pounds on a lavish flat for his parents opposite his 9 million pound pad in North London.
The 24-year-old singer, who already owns a property near his mother and father in Framlingham, Suffolk, wanted to ensure his parents John and Imogen have a place to stay when they visit him in the British capital.
"I bought them a flat. They already have a house. I got them a flat and a car in London so they can stay there. It's opposite me as well.
"My thing is, I bought a house about a mile away from them where we live in a countryside, and I bought a flat and a house pretty much opposite each other in London. So when I have kids, when they start getting a little bit irritating, I've got the grandparents there."

Sheeran has also gifted his parents a Mini Cooper so they can get around when in London.
"I thought instead of them having to drive their car up every time they're in the country, they can have the Mini and just use that when they are there.
