According to an official release, the jeep safari will remain operational as per existing timings but subject to favourable weather and road conditions owing to the ensuing monsoon.
Elephant ride has been suspended for visitors at the Park with effect from May 1 until further order, it said.
"The jeep safari shall be closed on short notice, if the road condition deteriorates. The Kaziranga National Park Authority shall not be liable for any damage and financial losses to any person or entity due to closure of the park at short notice," it added.
