The police and wild life officials have seized two elephant tusks from a house in the city's New Alipore area, a senior police official said today.
Acting on an information, a joint team of CID and West Bengal Wild Life officials searched a house in New Alipore area late last night and recovered the tusks together weighing around 31 kg, the official said.
