"Pradeep Kumar Goyal, posted at Sumerpur area, had demanded Rs 11,500 from a contractor for clearing his pending bills worth Rs 4.71 lakh," Inspector-General of ACB Smita Srivastava said.
After verification of the complaint, a trap was laid and Goyal was nabbed while he was accepting the bribe, the officer said.
