In his complaint to police, ETO Tara Chand Thakur has said that he had reached Kachayari Mor near Police Lines here when a group of about 10 persons intercepted his jeep and beat him up before making off with the vehicle.
Police have registered a case under relevant sections of IPC in the matter which is under investigation.
