Extentia Information Technology, an Indo-German global technology consulting organisation, today said it has opened a dedicated office in Germany to reinforce its commitment to Europe.
"We have recently reinforced our commitment to Europe by setting up a dedicated office in Germany. Extentia has always looking to hire talented people in with technology, UI/UX design, usability, and other skills. We are also open to working with partners for productive joint ventures across geographies," Extentia CEO Umeed Kothavala said in a statement here.
Extentia engaged in delivering solutions to clients in five continents, has offices in India, the United States, Europe, the UAE, and the UK, Kothavala said.
The company has now identified Mobile, Cloud, and Design (MCD) as focus area for growth.
"Extentia's focus will be on technology, innovation, and consulting (TCI) for mobile, cloud, and design (MCD). The company has identified MCD as key focus areas for business as it has significant competencies here," Kothavala said.
We have successfully completed several projects for global clients, with considerable resources allocated. There are dedicated teams for MCD at Extentia, he added.
The usage of mobile devices for internet access has doubled over the last 5 years. As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, it gets easier for businesses to reach their clients through virtual platforms, evidenced by the fact that mobility contributed to over USD 200 billion in offline and online sales in 2013.
"We at Extentia are excited about the growth potential in the mobile space. With increasing smart phone penetration and usage evolving to even money transfer and transactions through mobiles, the growth prospects are huge. This, in turn is stepping up the user expectations from Interface and Design of apps," Kothavala said.
Extentia has experience across multiple sectors, including education, aviation, travel, agriculture, healthcare, neuroscience, and finance, with several enterprise deployments.
