"Yellam Goud, who had fled to Maharashtra, has surrendered before police," Cyberabad Joint Commissioner Y Gangadhar told PTI.
The officer did not elaborate when asked whether Goud surrendered before police in Hyderabad or in Maharashtra and also if he had been placed under arrest.
