Fake passport issue: Court orders to register case against 12

A local court has ordered to register a case against 12 people including former Regional Passport Officer of Ghaziabad and the Nagar Palika chairman in Khatauli district for involvement in making fake passports.
The chief judicial magistrate Suresh Chand Arya has asked the police to register a case of forgery against 12 people including SHO of Khatauli and the inspector of Local Intelligence Unit (LIU) for issuing two passports to Nagar Palika chairman Paras Jain on the basis of forged documents with different dates of birth.
According to a complaint filed by a local social activist no action was taken against those involved in this connection.
