Fast to protest against Kerala for dam construction
The agitators alleged the check dam would block the water flow for three districts in Tamil Nadu.
They blamed Tamil Nadu government for remaining a mute spectator, as Kerala completed one check dam and started works for another among six planned.
The agitators wanted the Tamil Nadu government to immediately seek Centre's intervention to stop further construction works.
