Santos has signed on for FC Goa and will join the squad shortly.
A youth product of Figueirense in Brazil, Santos participated and helped Brazil capture the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup.
Having his stints in Brazil with Gremio, Corinthians, Atletico Mineiro and Turkey with Fenerbahce, Santos then moved to Arsenal where he stayed for two years and appeared in 33 matches.
A left back by trade, Santos had last played for Brazilian side Flamengo for whom he played 49 matches before leaving the club in August.
