Delhi University's Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa college is organising a three-day fest from tomorrow to promote Punjabi culture and give its students a first hand experience of event management.
"Every department organises its academic-cum-cultural festival annually to celebrate, debate and discuss their respective areas. However, this three-day festival is organised for all the departments," SGND principal Manmohan Kaur said.
"The festival is being organised to promote Punjabi culture and also give our students a hang of event management. Various cultural and academic competitions will be held during the fest," she added.
The college conducts this fest since its establishment since 1951 by Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee.
