FIR against Nursing home for breaking seal on ultrasound unit
Chief Judicial Magistrate Srinagar directed the Station House Office of Khanyar police station to register an FIR against the owners of Al-Aziz Nursing Home at Khayyam.
The court's direction came after a written complaint was filed by the city's Chief Medical Officer who during an inspection found the nursing home functioning illegally even after the seal.
