The duo first worked together on the track "Starstruck," which appeared on Gaga's 2008 debut album "Fame".
The rapper had a great experience with the 30-year-old songtress and is keen to get back in the studio with her, reported Digital Spy.
"Someone like Gaga, she's always interesting. It would only add to what I've got going on now," Flo Rida, whose real name is Tramar Lacel Dillar, said.
The 36-year-old "Whistle" hitmaker also wants to work with his "Wild Ones" collaborator Sia for another track.
"I wouldn't mind working with any of them (again).I'm a big fan of the work they've done. I love what Sia's doing, so I wouldn't mind working with her.
