Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation Chairman P Bhupathi Reddy today said his focus is on developing budget hotels in all 31 districts of the state to provide affordable accommodation to tourists.
Reddy, who recently assumed charge as TSTDC chairman,told reporters here among his priorities and focus would be to develop a budget hotel at each district of Telangana.
To attract more tourists, efforts would be made to beautify lakes and provide boating facilities as it would increase the footfall to the state, he said.
Reddy thanked Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for making him the TSTDC Chairmanand said he would develop tourism activities to be on par with his expectations and increase revenue of Telangana Tourism.
TSTDC currently has 32 'Haritha' chain of hotels and resorts all over the state.
