Food Inspector S N Singh said his team raided Shakti dairy at GT road and took milk samples from the milk tempo stationed at the dairy.
Thereafter, the team went to Mahinder Dairy and Shyam Dairy and took milk samples.
Seeing the team, several milkmen diverted their bikes loaded with milk cans into bylanes and fled to prevent inspection.
"Samples will be sent for testing at laboratory. Department was getting complaints of adulteration in milk," the food inspector said.
