Former Cong minister dies
Singh (80) is survived by wife and three sons.
Hospital sources said that Singh was brought there a month back and was in coma for a long time since then.
The Congress leader, who served as the animal husbandry minister during party regime, represented Hisua assembly seat in Nawada district from 1980 to 2005.
His wife is at present mukhiya of his native Narhat panchayat.
His last rites will be done at Narhat tomorrow.
