Former editor of Gujarati biweekly Shrikant Vasani passes away

Former editor of a Gujarati biweekly Shrikant Vasani (88) passed away today due to brief illness.
Vasani was editor of 'Vyapar' biweekly for 27 years.
He is survived by his wife and a daughter, said family sources.
The magazine is part of Janmabhoomi group of newspaper.
His last rites were performed today at Chakala crematorium.
The sitting editor of Vyapar Shirish Mehta and managing director of Janmabhoomi Group of newspapers Kundan Vyas were present during the last rites.
