Chauhan said the aim of the programme is to produce at least five athletes who can win gold medals at international events in the next decade.
Speaking at a programme here on the 41st anniversary of Taekwondo Federation of India, Chauhan said: "The state government in order to improve the atmosphere for sports in the state is constituting a 'Yuva Mangal Dal' in every village of the state."
These dals will hold cultural programmes and organise football, volleyball and kabaddi competitions, he said.
