Opposition Mizo National Front (MNF) sources said that the party candidate and main opponent K. Vanlalvena would file his nomination papers by tomorrow, the last date for filing of nomination for the by-poll.
Zoram Nationalist Party (ZNP) and its electoral ally BJP were yet to announce the name of its candidate though a top ZNP leader told PTI that the NDA intended to contest the by-election.
