Four brothers injured in shootout

Four members of a family were injured in a shootout over a land dispute in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said today.
There was a land dispute between two groups of people in Barwal Morh area and situation turned violent as a member of one group, identified as Shiv Charan Singh, opened firing on members of another group which belonged to a family yesterday, an official said.
In the firing, four brothers Surinder Singh, Rashpal Singh, Kuldep Singh and Pawan Singh were injured and later taken to hospital for treatment, he said, adding, a case has been registered and manhunt has been launched to nab them.
