Four held with cannabis in J-K

Four people were arrested and 3.6 kilograms of cannabis was recovered from them in Jammu and Kashmir, police said today.

Kuldeep Singh was arrested in Kathua district and 1.6 kgs of cannabis was recovered from his possession. A case was registered against him, they said.

In Rajouri town, police intercepted a car last night and recovered two kgs of cannabis.

The three occupants-- Riaz Ahmed, Shahid ul Islam and Bashir Ahmed hailing from Pulwama in south Kashmir were arrested and a case was registered against them.
