Cyber crime police of Cyberabad commissionerate arrested Nemallapudi Kasthuri Reddy, his wife Rama Devi (both residents of Madinaguda), company secretary L Dhanujaya Reddy and R Radhika for transferring all shares of the company in the name of Kasthuri Reddy, Rama Devi and their children two days ago.
According to the complainant, N Rajaram Reddy, he and his brother incorporated M/s Sridhanada Private Limited under the Companies Act in 2010 and the two were the absolute shareholders of the company. Rama Devi is their sister.
The accused forged the DSC and prepared fake minutes of board meeting, extract of minutes, submitted necessary forms as advised by Dhanujaya Reddy and gained control of the company.
Then Kasthuri Reddy transferred shares of the company in his wife's and children's names.
All the four were arrested on December 20. The court remanded them in judicial custody.
