The unidentified assailants allegedly opened fire at the four persons this afternoon and fled from the spot. It appears to be a gang war as the victims were reported to be history-sheeters, police said.
The injured victims, who have been identified as Gagan, Jitu, Sunil and Bunti, were rushed to SMS hospital where the condition of one was stated to be critical, they said.
The assailants are still at large and some areas leading to national highways, including to Delhi, Agra, Ajmer, Kota and Punjab, have been cordoned off to nab them, police said.
