The accident took place when the car rammed into a tree and the driver lost control following which the vehicle fell from the bridge on Bhanpur-Gandhi Sagar road, nearly 155 kms from here, Superintendent of Police Manoj Sharma said.
The deceased have been identified as Kamal Singh (35), Sonu Malkhan (24), Puran Singh (25) and Vinod (23) - all residents of state's Damoh district.
Sharma said driver Omprakash (26), Sonu Lal (24) and Satu Meena (24), who belong to Rajasthan were rushed to the nearby primary health centre from where they were taken to Jhalawar district for further treatment.
Police have registered a case, he added.
