Shashi Bhushan Samad, Amit Mahto and Poulis Surin of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and Irfan Ansari of the Congress were suspended till March 31.
BJP MLA Jitu Charan Naik had on November 24 last year complained to Speaker Dinesh Oraon against the misconduct of these legislators, and the complaint was sent to the Ethics Committee.
The four legislators did not turn up to the summons of the Ethics Committee, which today moved the proposal for suspending them till March 31, and it was passed through voice vote.
