The accused, identified as Neeraj (23), Birjesh (22), Rajesh (30) and Sandeep (24), were on their way to Dwarka court, where they, along with other members of Naveen Bali gang, were planning to shoot down an undertrial - believed to be from their rival gang - who was to be brought there for a hearing, said a senior police official.
The police received a tip-off and laid a trap, leading to their arrest. The police seized two 9mm pistols, one point 32 pistol and one country made pistol from their possession and booked under relevant sections of Arms Act, said the senior official.
