Acting on a tip off, the CIB and RPF raided a Tatkal ticket counter at Bariarpur railway station late last night and arrested three touts with Rs. 31,450 cash, tickets made in names of other persons and five fake EPICs, the CIB Inspector P.K. Das said.
The touts were identified as Manish Kumar Chaudhary, Mukesh Kumar Chaudhary and Lalu Kumar, he said.
On their identification, the CIB sleuths and RPF nabbed the kingpin of the touts' gang Sanjay Turiwala and recovered four trains tickets made in the name of fake persons seized from his office in Shujaganj locality of Bhagalpur district, Das said.
Turiwala runs a travel agency called India Travellor, he said.
