Four-year-old girl falls into barrel containing water

A four-year-old girl today drowned after she fell into a plastic barrel containing water, police said.
Her parents, both labourers, were not at home and she was with her grand-mother when the incident occurred.
The girl had gone to take water from the four feet high barrel standing on a bucket but lost her balance and fell into it, police said.
