The city police have slapped as many 21 cases against the two brothers and several of their associates.
The Markat Nagar police on Saturday filed the charge sheet naming Sushant Dhalasamant and his brother Sushil with four others in connection with recovery of four sophisticated pistols. All the accused in this case are booked under section 25 of the Arms Act and sections 387, 341 and 34 of IPC.
In the case pertaining to recovery of a fake driving license from their rented house at Vishakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, the Markat Nagar police have booked only Sushant under section 420, 419, 467 and 471 of IPC. The charge sheet in this case was filed before the SDJM court here on April 28.
