Police are suspecting it to be a case of suicide.
The class-X student was allegedly abducted by Ghasi Swain, a mason, on June 17 while she was returning home from her tuition classes. The man took her to an isolated spot near the railway station where she was gangraped by him and his three other accomplices, police said.
All the four accused - Ghasi, Pinku, Chiku Sethi and Arun Sethi - had already been arrested.
"She became depressed after the incident. She was not going to school and tuitions," a family member of the girl said.
