The blonde beauty welcomed her first child with her model partner David Letts and has named the little girl Naia, reported Contactmusic.
The news was broken by Ward's model friend Nicole Trunfio, who posted a picture of Ward and the newborn on her Facebook and Twitter pages, with the message, "Congratulations to my beautiful incredible friend nd her man for welcoming this little angel into the world."
Ward previously dated late actor Heath Ledger.
