George Michael dismisses "Wham" reunion reports

Earlier reports suggested that the duo will reunite for a one-off pop extravaganza, reported The Guardian.

"There is no truth in rumours that Wham! are reuniting," a spokeswoman for Michael said.

Michael's camp insists there are no such plans, and that unfounded rumours about Wham! returning surface frequently.

The spokeswoman said that the "Careless Whisper" singer is actually releasing his own new single, "White Light" to mark the 30th anniversary.
