There was less drama as compared to their last contest in Egypt earlier in month as 23-ranked Ghosal got past Momen 11-9 4-11 11-4 11-6 in an opening round match held yesterday. He had beaten the Egyptian in five gruelling games at El Gouna.
The Indian plays Simon Rosner of Germany later today. Ghosal had to win two matches to qualify for the main draw of the USD 70,000 event.
"The atmosphere is great here. It has been a while since I beat Simon, so it is going to be a tough one," Ghosal told PTI.
