Girl crushed to death by bus

A five-year-old girl was crushed to
death by a speeding passenger bus in Nadrala village, police said today.
The accident occurred yesterday when the speeding private bus ran over Umara Bano, who was playing with other children on the roadside.
The girl was killed on the spot. The driver of the bus abandoned the bus and fled, police said.
An FIR has been lodged against the driver by the family of the deceased. No arrests have been made as yet, police added.
