The incident took place yesterday when the girl was returning after appearing for a test in Alwar district, DCP (West) Ashok Kumar Gupta said.
After the test, she took a train to Jaipur. The accused picked the victim from the railway station in a vehicle at around 7.45 PM yesterday. They gang-raped and dumped her near MNIT at 11.30 PM, he said.
The victim later called police control room at 5 AM, Gupta said.
"We are investigating the matter. We have recorded the statement of the victim and got her medical examination done. We are checking the CCTV footage," they added.
The victim, who hails from Mainpuri district of Uttar Pradesh, lives with her father in Jagatpura area in a rented accommodation.
