committed suicide by hanging herself in Jasola village of the district, police said today.
Neelam, allegedly hanged herself from a ceiling fan in her house last night and her parents cremated the body without informing us, police said.
We rushed to the spot and collected ashes from the cremation place, they said.
The case is being investigated from all angles, including honour killing, police added.
