The girl group was due to mark the Irish festival by taking its comeback tour to Dublin's The O2 venue on March 17 but they have now axed the date due to production difficulties, reported Daily Star.
The band's show at the same venue on March 16 will go ahead as planned.
A statement posted on the venue's website reads, "Unfortunately, due to unforeseen time restraints with the transportation of production equipment between the Irish & UK tour dates, the extra Girls Aloud concert added on Sunday 17th March 2013 at The O2 has been cancelled.
Fans who had been due to attend the cancelled gig have been offered the chance to swap their tickets for the March 16 date in Dublin or the group's shows in Belfast, Northern Ireland on March 13-14.
