Goa, Andhra, Bengal win in Hockey India Women's Senior National
Goans Hockey, Andhra Hockey Association and Hockey Bengal registered wins in their respective matches on the third day of the 10th Hockey India Senior Women National Championship 2020 (B Division) here on Saturday.
Goans Hockey scored a close 1-0 win over Hockey Uttarakhand in a Pool A match, while Andhra registered a convincing 4-1 win over Delhi Hockey in Pool D.
In a Pool F match, Bengal beat Telangana Hockey 2-1 in a thrilling contest.
The other pool matches on Saturday between Hockey Andhra Pradesh and Hockey Madhya Bharat, Hockey Patiala and Tripura Hockey and Hockey Gujarat vs Hockey Jammu & Kashmir were forfeited.
