GoM meets for implementation of Agenda of Alliance in J&K

The Group of Ministers constituted to ensure effective implementation of PDP-BJP government's 'Agenda of Alliance' in Jammu and Kashmir today met for the first time and decided to take necessary steps with the concerned Union Ministries.
"The Group of Ministers (GoM) met under the chairmanship of Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh met here and took stock of the progress of implementation of the 'Agenda of Alliance'."
"It was decided that a detailed memo will be submitted to the State Cabinet and necessary steps taken for its implementation with the help of Union Ministries concerned, wherever required," an official spokesman said.

He said the GoM also called for establishing a mechanism for ensuring effective implementation of the agenda and framing a timeline for the same.
The meeting was attended by state Minister for Roads and Buildings Abdul Rehman Veeri, Finance Minister Haseeb Drabu, Forest minister Choudhary Lal Singh and Industries and Commerce minister Chander Parkash Ganga, the spokesman said.
