Gopalakrishnan named Non Executive Chairman of JetSynthesys

Former Chief Executive of Infosys Kris Gopalakrishnan has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman of JetSynthesys, a digital and technology business firm he has invested in.
"JetSynthesys, a part of the Navani family-owned JetLine Group of companies, has appointment Kris Gopalakrishnan as its Non-Executive Chairman," a company release said here.
During a professional career spanning over three decades, Gopalakrishnan served as Vice Chairman of Infosys from 2011 to 2014. He was CEO and Managing Director of Infosys from 2007 to 2011 a period during which the Bengaluru-based IT major's revenues rose from USD 4 billion to USD 7 billion.
"I am delighted to invest in JetSynthesys and join the Board as Non-Executive Chairman. JetSynthesys aims to become the platform of choice for digital content and experience. We have invested extensively in backend technology infrastructure that is best in class in the world," Gopalakrishnan said.
