Gopinath Pradhan IGNOU's new Vice Chancellor
Pradhan, who joined IGNOU in 1993 as a teacher in economics, has done his specialisation in areas of development economics, industrial economics, public economics and quantitative economics.
The 60-year-old professor has completed his MA and Ph.D. from Sambalpur University, Odisha in year 1975 and 1984 respectively.
