Kundan Kumar, a 2004 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, has been appointed as Private Secretary to Rudy, Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
Sudhanshu Kumar, who is 1996 batch IPS officer of Bihar cadre, has been appointed as PS to Singh, Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) said.
Both officers tenure will be co-terminus with the Ministers' term, it said.
