He said that appointment to more than 1,550 posts lying vacant in cooperative societies will be made soon.
Kilak was replying to the debate on the Cooperatives Department in the state assembly.
Following the debate, the House passed the grants of over Rs 535.51 crore with voice vote.
The minister announced that women cooperative societies in dairies would be set up in state and the government will also start a pilot project in Jaipur for skill training of unemployed youths.
Kilak said that 5,000 new dairy booths will be allowed to provide employment and food inspectors will be appointment to curb milk adulteration.
