The company had posted a net profit of Rs 23.27 crore in the same quarter of 2014-15, the company said in a BSE filing.
Net sales in the quarter under review went up by 15.05% to Rs 380.74 crore as against Rs 330.92 crore during the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

Shares of Greenply Industries were trading at Rs 990.00 apiece during the afternoon trade on BSE, up 3.31% from its previous close.
