Grey hair makes debut on ramp

A host of Hollywood A-listers including the likes of Kylie Jenner and Rihanna have been seen spotting gorgeous grey locks and now designer Ujjawal Dubey chose the latest fad on the runway as his spring/summer show featured grey-haired models.
Besides celebrities, internationally renowned designers Jean-Paul Gaultier, Gareth Pugh and Chanel have all used grey-haired models in their catwalk shows earlier.
Grey hair should no longer be considered a nightmare and Dubey's Antar-Agni stood testament of that here at the Lakme Fashion Week.
"I wanted to show light. That was the idea behind the collection and the hair and make-up. They grey hair style was in sync with my the theme of my line. That is why we used soft blue lights," Dubey told PTI.

Antar-Agni has always been about smart cuts and relaxed silhouettes.
Talking about his men and women's wear collection, the reticent designer said he decided to do something different for his clothing line this time by keeping it fresh and free.
"That was part of the plan. So, 50 per cent of the clothes were made out of khadi. Then there were also terry cotton which made the outfits comfortable and fluid.
