Meanwhile, castor bold and castoroil commercial prices also regained on good offtake from shippers and soap industries.
In the edible segment, groundnut oil rose by Rs 10 per 10kg to Rs 1,010 from Friday's closing level of Rs 1,000, however refined palmolein eased by Rs 2 per 10 kg to Rs 486 from Rs 488.
Moving to non-edible segment, casotorseeds bold moved up by Rs 25 per 100 kg to Rs 3,975 from its overnight close of Rs 3,950 and castor oil commercial added by a Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 825 as against 820 previously.
