Stefani, 46, was the first to confirm rumors of a musical collaboration when she tweeted a picture of the cover art for Shelton's new album, If I'm Honest.
"Look what I found lying round the house! ??#ispymyname #goaheadandbreakmyheart?? @blakeshelton #eeeekkkk! #crazy!?? Gx," she wrote back in April.
